My old boss was nicknamed “Walking talking Dunning-Kruger” for how often he’d jump into topics and then sound like a dumbass, piss everyone off, but then demand it be done his way, and we’d all know it would fail.....but do it anyways -_-

Weird right? It’s why everyone thinks they are going to get a B/B+ on every exam. Even people getting a D/F or A+.
